In the heart of Alta Valtaro, our certified foragers carefully seek out the finest porcini mushrooms. These extraordinary products make their way to our laboratory, where they undergo a meticulous artisanal transformation within just three days of being harvested, giving rise to exquisite jars of porcini mushrooms preserved in oil and dried porcini mushrooms. The collection area spans from the enchanting woodlands of Borgotario to the picturesque landscapes of Albareto, Tornolo, and Bedonia, with altitudes ranging from 500 meters to 1700 meters. Within these diverse forests, one can find a tapestry of oak, chestnut, beech, and pine trees."
