Quantity for 3 / 4 people;
Melt a stick of butter in a pan, pour the rice and toast it for a minute, mix it well.
Add a half glass of white wine and let evaporate.
Cover the rice with hot broth and turn it from time to time, in order to avoid to waste the starch contained in the grains.
If it is necessary, add the hot broth.
At the of the cooking, cook until creamy and serve.
