The Cut Porcini Mushrooms Black Head differ from Entire Porcini Mushrooms for their lower consistency, in fact the collected fresh mushrooms are slightly larger.
Ideal as hors d'oeuvre with cured meats or with vegetables to garnish important dishes.
Cut porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis and its group), olive oil, salt, vinegar, citric acid, natural aromas. It can contain sulphites not added.
Not to expose to the sun, preserve in a fresh and dry place.
After opening, top up with olive oil if necessary.
