Summer truffle salt for dressing any dishes, especially meat, replacing the traditional salt.
It can be used in any dishes requiring to be salted as a substitute of classical salt.

A simple recipe: Eggs with Black Truffle Salt

Ingredients for 1 person:
1 egg, butter, 3/4 slices of bacon, Black Truffle Salt.

Preparation: Cook an egg in a non-stick pan and with a little butter without salt. Apart , fry 3/4 long, narrow slices of bacon.
Serve the egg in the center of the dish garnished with bacon and Black Truffle Salt sprinkled above.
